It's not you, it's me.

Really, I mean to write more often. I do, I swear. New Year's Resolution and all, but we know what epic failures THEY tend to be.

I get busy. But not in the *wink wink, nudge nudge* kind of way. Okay, so apparently I do that a fair bit more often than the 'typical' married woman, but that's not the kind of busy I'm referring to.
More like the 'Well pfft to blogging, I've been in Brisneyland rocking out at Lady Gaga concerts' kind of busy. And yes, it was FUCKING AWESOME. 'Front-row seats' in the moshpit and everything. But I shall detail that at a later date. Right now it's 3:20pm and I'm *pretty* sure the baby hasn't eaten since breakfast, so I'd best go find her some... erm... what's the lunch/dinner version of brunch? 'Afternoon tea' does not imply a proper meal. But then my 'breakfast' this morning consisted of a hot cross bun stuffed to bursting point with 60% cocoa Lindt and warmed in the oven.

...Yes. I'm aware that this concoction is possibly among the top 3 most disgusting Easter-themed 'treats' ever devised, right up there with those vile cooking-chocolate-filled 'Smartie' eggs, and anything invented by Nestle. But I was desperate, and let's face it, 60% cocoa is just too bitter to be eaten in bunny form. Melted into a cinnamony bun, it was delicious. And fattening. But still delicious.

But seriously. Off to feed children. Back later, sometime before my birthday if possible ;)
